Mr. Sharan Singh Chauhan

Our Director has completed his high school in 2001 from the Doon School in Dehra Dun and graduated from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, USA with a B.Sc in Accounting in 2006. 

After his graduation, he worked in the financial services industry with UBS Financial Services, New York, USA.  He worked with the Swiss based company for over four years in their Wealth Management Division.  While in the USA, he has also Passed Level I of the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) examination and the Series 7 Certification. 

Having worked in a professional environment for over four years, our Director moved back to India to actively work in Marshall Corporation Ltd.  He came back from New York in end 2010 and has been working in the company ever since.  He has been involved in the operations of our fly ash handling contracts and supplying the same to various cement manufacturers in India and exports to cement manufacturers in Bangladesh. 

Our Director has successfully implemented movement of Fly Ash and cargo facilitating connectivity with the North Eastern States through the Inland Waterways of Bangladesh and India.  He has also been instrumental with expanding our commodity trading business and the existing fly ash business.  Currently, he is also managing four Bulk loading jetties with Pneumatic handling of Bulk Fly Ash.

He is a Director of the company and holds significant shares of the company in his name as on March 31, 2012.
