The products are ideal for HIGH VOLUME CONCRETE, applications like runway, high speed roads. Pozzolona Portland Cement (PPC) is produced by grinding clinker and fly ash together in a closed circuit. However, the two materials having different bond indexes cannot produce the desired fineness in both the constituents. The grinding mill also destroys the ball like structure of fly ash depriving the PPC of a major attribute that is improved flowability due to the ball like structure of fly ash. The mixing of cement and fine grade fly ash beyond a grinding mill preserves the ball like structure of fly ash and helps in improving the flowability.

Product 1: FINE ASH

Description:
Fine Ash is a high efficiency class F Pozzolanic material conforming to BS3892, obtained by classification of power station fly ashes resulting from combustion of pulverized coal.

Recommended Uses:
General purpose plain and reinforced structural and general-purpose concrete with 28 days strength levels up to M60 Special purpose concrete such as mass concrete, precast concrete, pumpable concrete, self-compacting and self-levelling concrete.

Product 2: SUPER FINE ASH

Description:
Super Fine Ash is a high efficiency class F Pozzolanic material conforming to BS3892, obtained by multiple classification of power station fly ashes resulting from combustion of pulverized coal.

Recommended Uses:
General purpose plain and reinforced structural and general-purpose concrete with 28 days strength levels exceeding M50.

Special purpose concrete viz pre-stressed pre-cast concrete and high-performance concrete. High performance mortars for use on varying surfaces.

The Benefits of Using Fly Ash Concrete/plaster/mortar in its hardened state — with fly ash — shows improved performance with: Greater strength. Fly ash increases in strength over time, continuing to combine with free lime. Decreased permeability. Increased density and long-term pozzolanic action of fly ash, which ties up free lime, results in fewer bleed channels and decreases permeability. Increased durability.

The lower permeability of concrete with fly ash also helps keep aggressive compounds on the surface, where destructive action is lessened. Fly ash concrete is also more resistant to attack by sulphate, mild acid, and soft (lime hungry) water. Reduced alkali silica reactivity. Fly ash combines with alkalis from cement that might otherwise combine with silica from aggregates, thereby preventing destructive expansion.

Reduced heat of hydration. The pozzolanic reaction between fly ash and lime generates less heat, resulting in reduced thermal cracking when fly ash is used to replace a percentage of Portland Cement. Reduced efflorescence.  Fly ash chemically binds free lime and salts that can create efflorescence. The lower permeability of concrete with fly ash can help to hold efflorescence-producing compounds inside the concrete.

Fine grade fly ash used for plaster prevents efflorescence, spreads faster and better, requires less paint and presents overall smoother surface.  Promoter using even PPC can reduce cement consumption and consequent cost up to 15%.

FLY ASH BRICKS

We have an installed capacity of 1,00,000 bricks per day in the Kolkata and Durgapur area. The standard size of our brick is 230 X 110 X 75 mm. Kindly contact us for customized requests.

LOGISTICS

We have experience in transportation via the Inland waterways for over a decade now through our export and transit business in the Indo-Bangla Protocol route. We have also successfully traversed the waterways of Bangladesh to establish connectivity with the North Eastern part of India. For further enquiries and information please contact us.

Our vision is to grow our markets and products. Similar to fly ash from thermal power plants, steel plants also have industrial by products that are useful in cement and concrete manufacturing. We are working directly with steel to source Granulated Blast Furnace slag (GBFS) and with cement plants for Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS). Obtained by quenching molten iron slag from a blast furnace in water or steam, to produce a glassy granular product that is dried and grounded for cement and concrete.
